• Consulting Rates are available upon request.
• Retainer/Contract rates available.
• Appointments are 2-hours minimum.
• Terms are C.O.D. Cash / Check / Mastercard / Visa / American Express.

• Hours: Mon - Fri , 9am - 5pm.
• No travel time charged if within 25 mile drive of our Newark, DE office.
• Phone / email / remote support charged in 15 minute increments.

• Weekend / After-hours work charged at 1.5 x rate.
• Holiday work charged at 2.5 x rate.
• Emergency Priority Fee of $200 may apply for unscheduled response.

• Not liable for loss of data or integrity of data backups.
• Return Check Fee: $25.
