Rates
• Our consulting rates are competitive, but can vary based on job requirements and location.
• Please contact us to discuss your needs; we'll be happy to provide an estimate if you need one.
Terms-of-Service
• Terms are C.O.D. Cash / Check / Mastercard / Visa / Amex / Discover.
• Appointments are 2-hours minimum.
• No travel time charged within 40 miles of our Newark office.
• Phone/email/remote support charged in 15 min. increments.
• Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, by appointment.
• Weekend / After-hours work charged at 1.5 x rate.
• Holiday work charged at 2.5 x rate.
• Emergency Fee of $200 may apply for unscheduled response.
• Not responsible for loss of data or integrity of data backups.
• Returned check fee (min.): $39.
If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you expressly authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the amount of the check plus any applicable fees.
